Technical Troubleshooting:
Investigate and analyze customer-reported issues related to C# .NET/ Java or web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Collaborate with customers to gather detailed information about the issues they are experiencing.
Problem Resolution:
Provide timely and practical solutions to technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Customer Communication:
Communicate technical information clearly and understandably to both technical and non-technical customers. Maintain regular updates with customers on the progress of issue resolution.
Documentation:
Document troubleshooting steps, issue resolutions, and customer interactions in a detailed and organized manner. Contribute to the knowledge base to enhance the efficiency of technical support processes.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, and product management, to escalate and resolve complex issues. Provide valuable insights to product teams based on customer feedback.
Continuous Learning:
Stay updated on the latest technologies, industry trends, and product updates. Actively participate in training programs to enhance technical skills.
Required Skills and Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven 0 – 2 years experience in technical support or a related role.
Proficiency in C# .NET/ Java or strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript expertise.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques.
